I’m Kim Cavalcante, a certified executive coach who works with leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and high-stakes decisions.
My approach is direct, practical, and deeply human. I create space for leaders to think clearly, challenge what is no longer working, and take action that moves things forward.
Before coaching, I spent more than 17 years in corporate leadership across sales, marketing, strategy, and business development at companies like Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Medtronic. My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA focused on Marketing and Management.
This work is grounded in real experience, not theory.
I hold advanced certification in Hogan Assessments, Co-Active Coaching, and a Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation, along with executive education from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Center for Creative Leadership.
What sets my work apart is the combination of corporate leadership experience, advanced coaching expertise, and deep work with senior leaders.
